That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 34, "Counties Amendment Act, 1913,".and section 10, "Road Districts Act. 1j08," the Council of the County of Taranaki hereby rewire by way of Special Order that the portion of the Moa Road District as described in the schedule hereunder, he annexed to the adjoining outlying district of the Mangoi°i Riding n* the County of Taranaki, and cease to ,'orm part of the M" "-- " »rict as from tie date of coming into force of this Special order.
