PFFOItK Ml! A. CROOKK, S.M. JUDGMENT ORDERS. At the S.M. Court yesterday, sever il judgment summonses cases were heard as under:— Elizabeth Cooper (.Mr Weston) v. Wheeler T. -Cooper. An order was made in this case for the payment of' Cil by August 21st, in default three days imprisonment. P.. 'Pippins (Mr R. Quilliain) v. A. J. Coleman. An-order was made for payment of £;', 8s by fortnightly instalments of ."is, in default -i days' imprisonment. J. Riddles (Mr F. Wilson) v. G. v.m lieck'. The claim was for £l2 4s .id, and the judgement debtor stated that he was unable to pay owing to ill health.
