GRAIN SHIPS SAFE. SURPLUS OF SOLDIERS. Ottawa, August 13. This evening the Government was assured that there ia little likelihood of any grain ships being molested by Germans. With the object of regulating food prices throughout Canada and to prevent unscrupulous dealers unduly "inflating prices, the Government intends to pass legislation immediately Parliament meets similar to that already enacted in Britain.
