The Government ascertained that Austrian troops in Germany are allowing a number of Germans set free to act against France, which is regarded as a hostile act. The Austrian Ambassador at Paris has asked for his passports. A DECLARATION OF WAR. Received 11, 9.35 p.m. London, August 10. War between France and Austria has been formally declared.
