HOLLAND'S NEUTRALITY
FULLY MAINTAINED. Sydney, August 11. Mr Stuart, manager of the Royal Packet Steam Navigation Company. has received a cable from the head 'office. Amsterdam, dated Saturday:—"Dutch neutrality is fully maintained and respected. No Dutch troops are joining the Belgians." The Consul-Genera 1 for the. Netherlands in Melbourne also wires emphatically to deny that Dutch tioops have joined the Belgians. He considers that Holland's strict neutrality; will be rigorously maintained.
