It is officially announced tliat Norway lias notified France that she will defend her neutrality, de spite German threats. It is also reported that Holland has declared war against Germany. (Norway is r nation of trained jjnen, and can mobilise a. iand force of 700,000. Holland likewise has a system of universal training. JJaiSh has a navy, consisting mostly of eoast defence battleships, gunboats, destroyers, torpedoboats and submarines, capable of annoying a raiding fleet).
