ON COAST OF NOVA SCOTIA. GERMAN CRUISERS CAUGHT IN A TRAP. Received 6. 1.10 a.m. Ottawa, August 6. It is reported that German warships «re sheUing wireless stations at Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. A crowd tore down the insignia outride the Vancouver German Consulate, and trampled on it. There are anti-German demonstrations throughout the Dominion. The Admiralty informs the port authorities that two German cruisers operating in the North Pacific, unaware of War conditions, attempted to pass the examining control. Shots were fired •cross their bows, and both submitted to the regulations.
