ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the eon gregation of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Ohurch on Wednesday, the Rev. T. H. Hosevearo presided OTer a good attendance of it embers. REPORTS. Dunlqp, the tome rcissioniuy at Waitara. Funds had been raised at that station for a 'ferroconcrete church, which would be proceeded with at ence. The report of the managemcat com ) n.jttee &) owed that the revenue for the year amounted to £587 13s 7d, aud that the year el'osed with a bank overdiaft of £75 12s Bd, as against £l2O 16s 7d at this time last year. SabbaWi collections amounted to £352 fls 6d„ being an inrease of £G 12s 3d on the pn>viqua yenr. Seat sents amounted to £6B 17s 6d, being an increase of hi IS over that collected last year. The committee placed on record its appreciation of the services of Mr. N. K. M'lDiarmid during a long term of office. Mr. H. Candy had been ele«tcd to fill hia position. Mie Sabbaths School report showed a roll of 20&, the average attendance being 139. Teachers and officers numbered 16. There was' a credit balance of £l3 2s 51. The cradle-roll was 64, and TB.R.A. roll numbered 100.

The ladies' guild submitted a report which showed a good year, with a balance of £23 2s 9d. A sum of £4O had been handed to the board of managers and £6 2s 6d to missions. The Y.B.C. and Y.M.8.0. submitted a satisfactory report. The reports were adopted. GENERAL. It was decided that all seats be free from the time the oTganist commences the voluntary, Mr. A. Anderson was re-elected auditor for the ensuing year. Miss Taunt an 3 Mr. MacDiarmid were appointed to represent the church in connection with '.he British and Foreign Bible Society. ~, Appreciative reference was made to the work of the minister, particularly his work among (die young people.
