NINETEENTH ANNUAL REPORT. The nineteenth annua! report to be presented to the meeting oi shareholders of the Tikorangi Dairy Company on Tuesday next discloses another successful year. The report states that prices for produce on the London market were not too satisfactory, but, fortunately, the Directors sold the greater part of the output at the commencement of the export season. After paying interest Oil share capital, the balance availaide for distribution would bring the total price paid for butter-fat to 12.!4,1 per II). The amount of butter made exceeded that of any previous year V over four tons. Soon after the "last annual meeting, the malinger. .Mr Ivlpatrick, having been offered a more lucrative appointment in a larger,factory, resigned lus position, and the Directors desired to express their appreciation of the excellent services rendered by him to this company. Mr. Simpson was appointed to fill the vacancy, and with the cordial support and co-operation of suppliers in sending only the best quality milk, the Directors were confident that under his manag, - "lent, satisfactory results would be ohta'ined.
The retiring directors were Messrs Alexander and Foreman. Mr l'ercival again offered his services as auditor. The following statistics for the season were submitted:,--Milk received, 7.406,3741b»; butter, made, 1 367,34411>5.; butter-fat from milk. 3f1!),3301b5.; butter-fat. from cream, 11.9571b5.; average milk test. UH: pounds of milk to produce one lb. of butter 20.951b5.
