ATTEMPT TO REDUCE FREIGHTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, July 30. The Colonial Butter Committee 'has invited the Agents-General and butter agents to join their meeting with the Australian Shipowners' Conference oil August 6, at whiah the committee will ask the shipowners to carry Australian butter at a maximum of 10 degrees Fahrenheit, and to reduce the freight oil cheese to a halfpenny a pound.
