Lord Morley, in tin- House of Lords, replying to Lord said that the Government was without information as to the atrocities in southern ' Albania. Lord Lansdowne said Britain had a certain measure of responsibility in Albania and should co-operate with the other Powers in suppressing atroeitijs. ' Lord Loretarn deplored the decadent tons of Lord Morley's reply, which, he said, was unworthy of Mr Gladstone's ipirit.
