Mrs, Johns defeated Miss Read (!) up and_B.) ( Miss Stephenson defeated Miss Brewster (1 up.) Mrs. Peiiii defeated Mrs. Arnold Junes (7 up and C).
Miss Paindic was 3 up at the 131..),, when Miss Bewley made up her lo.t ground, and at the 18th the players were all square. The well-contested match, continued, the 19th and 2U'h holes eachi being halved, and at the 21st -Miss Bundle holed her putt for i to Miss Bewlcy's 5, and won the match. Miss Stephenson's and Miss lirew slcr's match was closely contested all through. Juniors. Miss Kohn defeated Miss Foot* ffl up and 4.) Miss Beed defeated Miss M. Boy (7 up and 0).
