Louis Elguro, the Huertan peace delegate, stated definitely that Huerta was going to Toronto to formulate plana for a counter revolution against the Constitutionalists. Jamaica, July 28. Huerta, interviewed, denied that Fekt Diaz intended to plan a counter resolution. He did not intend to interfere , further with Mexico. The Americana were over-reaching themselves in interfering with Mexico's internal affairs.
