THE SITUATION EASIER. I By Cable—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, July 24. The Viborg factories and Government dockyards are closing for a fortnight. The situation is generally easier. Many small businesses have reopened. Disorders in the suburbs were renewed and two restaurants were demolished, .There were several conflicts between the Cossacks and the Tioters, and many of the latter were wounded. TO OVER-AWE THE STRIKERS. Received 26, 5.5 p.m. St. Petersburg, July 25. Six regiments, with quick-firers, are quartered in the factories area. There are 2-2,000 strikers at Baku.
