ARBITRATION UOUUT RULING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, July 21. The- Arbitration Court bus given a tentative ruling that members of the old Seamen's Union (the Australasian Federated Seamen's Union) must bfl given equal employment with, members of the new union, jvhicJi was formed as the result of the big strike, in the employ of the Northern Steamship Company. AUCKLAND EXHIBITION CASE.. Auckland, Yesterday. Decision lias been reserved in the case in which the Exhibition Am'usoraents, Ltd. claims £SOO from two Auckland residents for non-fullilment of a sideshow contract.
