Tt is understood that Austria demands the removal of a whole group of officers in the Servian army. Berlin, July 21. The Bourse is weak. Balkan stocks have lost heavily. The Vossissche Zeitung states that Servia has placed an for ammunition, running into a quarter of a million sterling. Political circles hope that the crisis which will possiblv arise will be confined to Austria and Servia.
