Mr. Bryan announces that he will su )- port woman's suffrage, pledging himself to do his utmost to secure the carriage of a constitutional amendment in Nebraska, in order to enalile that State to join the other suffrage States. Mr. Bryan bases his attitude on a mother's right to employ every weapon for the protection of the interests she guards, also for moulding children's environment.
