Mr. dement h. Wragge, K.R.1.&, V.R.Met.S., arrived a.t Auckland from Sydney by the Manuka on Sunday. Mr. J. Thomson, of Duncdin, has been appointed resident engineer to the Patea. Harbor Board, Mr. H. F. Toogooil, who had originally been appointed, being unable to take up the position.
