Huerta Resigns

Robert Estevaruiz, Sub-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, announces that Huerta is about to resign in fayor of Francisco Carbawal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who in turn will give way to a provisional President acceptable to the Constitutionalists. ' Carranza, interrogated by a Iluertan agent regarding the acceptability of Carbawal, replied that he would not recognise Huerta, or anyone chosen in tUiji v;a t v to succeed him.
