MEETING;. At the monthly meeting of the Kew •Plymouth Borough Council last' night, there were present: ..Mr. A. W. Collis (deputy-Mayor), and Ors. J. Kibby, F. f. L W Hcaljr, S. J. Smith, A. U. Johnstone, W. Ambury, A. E. Sykes, Oeo. Tabor. J. T. Mannix, and N T Maunder. REPORTS.
