WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Saturday. In the Supreme Court this morning Danied Patrick Cummins was sentenced to eighteen months' reformatory treatment for theft. Roland Hill Nelson, 19 years of age, for theft of a postal packet, was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, on the understanding that- the Prisoners' Aid Society >oiit him away to Canada, his native oouiitiy. Jack James Ilyams, convicted of forgery and uttering, wJio, Mr. Wilford stated', had married when he was only .receiving £7O a year and was paying' '2!> : -i a week rent, was also I ordered" to ccnie up for sentence when called upon.
