Ouerido Mo'heno, ex-Minister of Commerce for Mexico, is en route to the , United States on a lecture campaign witli the object of exposing what he terms President Wilson's crime against Mexico. He alleges that he possesses letters showing that President Wilson's and ex-Preside«t Roosevelt's real aims were the conquest of Mexico; that the oil interests did not cause the revoluI tion, but that politicians did bo. Moheno admits that the United States sooner or later will be compelled to »n----dertake armed intervention. Huerta, he says, had nothing to do with the Madero assaasination.
