DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM. By Telegraph.—Special to News. Dannevirke, July 9. Mark Franklin, aged 64, who lias resided all his life in the Herbertville and Wimbledon districts, died in the hospital while chloroform was being administered for him to undergo a minor surgical Wation. The verdict at the inquest was that deatli was due to failure of tihe respiration and heart's action while under an anaesthetic.
