The Government's Finance Bill closure resolution was carried by 265 to 175 after tfhe debate itself had been closured. RURAL HOUSING BILL Received 9, 10.30 p.m. London, July 9. Mr. W. Runciman, President of the Board of Agriculture, introduced the Rural Housing Bill, which provides for an expenditure of three millions. It is unlikely to pass during the present session.
