BUT HAVE NO MONEY. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Received S. 10.45 p.m. Vancouver, July 3. The Hindu- aboard the Kamagata Want Announce their abandonment of the attempt to enter Canada. They assert that they arc without sufficient funds to enable them to return to the Orient, and are asking the Dominion to arrange to pay for tiieir return home.
