MEXICAN ELECTIONS.

The Mexican elections resulted in the election of Huerta and the re-election' of practically all the members of Congress. Few voters polled and indifference was shown everywhere. INTERNAL .STRIFE IN THE FEDERAL ARMY. Received 8, 12.45 a.m. Vera Cruz, .July 7. The revolt of a large number of Federal troops stationed in front of the American outposts is reported. Fear is expressed that Huerta has sent a punitive expedition against the mutineers, and in order to prevent a clash Carranza's agent lias crossed the line in the hope of avoiding any action within range of the American lines.
