TIIEIR BOMBS: FOR WHOM': By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Received 7, 10.40 p.m. Paris, -July 7. Kirichek. a Russian anarchist, and Tarojanoviky. a l'ole. carrying powerful bombs, were arrested at lVauniont Suroise, near Pontoise. It is believed that they "ere concernfed in a plot against the life of President Poiucare, to prevent his visit to the Czar. Kirichek states that the bombs wove, intended for the Czar.
