Ottawa, July 5. Arehbisi'op Spratt, at St. Mary's Cathedral at Kingston, told the women that he preferred that those women who wore low-necked dresses would not preseit themselves at Communion.
He said he considered it disrespectful to approach the altar in garments that exposed them beyond the limit oi decency. On many occasions the Arc.-t----biehop Has expressed himself against lew-Becked dresses and slit skirts.
