Prinzip Repents
THE ASSASSINS IMPLICATE OTHERS ARCHDUKE'S MURDER THE RESULT OF CONSPIRACY.

Speaking to his lawyer, Prinzip stated that he got bombs and money from Ciganovitch, a rich merchant at Bel?u a L? e had tried t0 assassinate the Archduke at the manoeuvres, but the gendarmerie prevented his getting near. Prinzip had followed the Archduke about from the moment he set foot on Bosnian soil.
Grabwovic states that he got his bomb from Major Milan Pribicevitch, secretary of the Pan-Servian Union, who is in the Servian military service. He told Grabinovic to apply to a wellknown Komitaji named Ciganovitwi, who supplied him with six bombs and six Browning pistols from the service arsenal at Kragujivac, upon Grabinovic's promise to find four more conspirators. Grabinovic and Prinzip approached a Pnlgrade student named Trifke Grabes. •AM three received cyanide, which thye were instructed to swallow after throwing the bombs. Grabinovic refused to name the other three conspirators. Grabes, when arrested, said lie did not throw the bombs, as the Archduke end his wife were already fatally Wounded.
Prinzip promises to divulge the oth-r conspirators' names to-day, as he repents of the murder, and because his accomplices have betrayed him. Prinuip's courage has broken down. He wept during his examination. He states that the poison was knocked out of his hand before he could drink it.
THE CAREFUL KAISER. Received 3, 11:15 p.m. Vienna, July 3. bome attribute the Kaiser's absence from the funeral to considerations for Ms safety. Prince Henry of Prussia, Prince Arthur of Connaught, and the Kings of Saxon and Bavaria will also be absent, the Emperor desiring to confine the Utcndance to the family. In view of the Archduke's small personal fortune, the Emperor has granted the orphaned children an appenage just as if their father had succeeded to the throne. The new heir approves of this.

Prinzip expresses satisfaction at having carried out his long-cherished intention. Grabsinovic exclaimed: "Thanlr God, we have succeeded! I am sorry for the Duchess, hut we cannot help that." '
Vienna, July 1. There was an imposing ceremonial at Trieste when the bodies of the Archduke and his wife were put on the train for Vienna. As his wife was morganatic, the ceremony in the Royal Chanel was different. Whereas the Archduke's catafalque was flanked by velvet cushions carrying his military and naval insignia, his wife's had only a pair of white gloves and a white fan. Berlin, July 2. The Kaiser is suffering from a slight cold and lumbago, and will be unable to attend the funeral. Prince Henry will replace him.

He and Prinzip both persisted that they had no accomplices. Arrests continue at Sarajevo, and many persons have been, denounced to the police.
