We wNh to Point out that this is (1) a manifest injustice to a sertion of people viz the members „f the Catholic Church," who will thereby he compell,,! to contribute to a system of religious instruction which '^ quite opposed to their faith and conscience; (2) it strives to force Catholic teachers to ass,st in a work that would violate then- faith and conscience, and as a result, would effectually close the teaching, profession to members of tins Catholic Church.
