THE SYSTEM SATISFACTORY. Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The military authorities have decided to adhere to last year's musketry course and to proceed with the instruction of senior cadets and Territorials this year accordingly. , In making this announcement to 'a reporter to-day, Colonel Heard, Chief of the General Staff, stated that it had been decided to make no alteration in the present system, as it had been found satisfactory as a course of musketry instructors in conference. This decision, added Colonel Heard, had | been approved by General Godley.
