London, June 29. _ The refcent fight proved that Johnson is not the great lighter he was four years agio. He is still fine on the detensive, ibut 'his defeiice is not inpenetrable. His footwork is not so good, and his timing is less accurate than it was. Anyone with ji. good left could beat him.
