The Gothland, formerly the Shaw, 3avill and Albion Oo's Gothic, Tan on the rocks during a fog. The passengers and the crew are being transhipped to the steamer Lyonnes. While one of the Gothland's boats was being lowered, it fell and was smashed. Forty were thrown into the sea, but all were rescued by a lifeboat.
