THE " TIMES " ON HOME RULE. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 23, 5.35 p.m. London, June 23. The Times, in a leader referring to the Home Rule position, says: "We are entering on a fateful week. Every member of the Ministry is aware that the amending Bill will give satisfaction to nobody, and extinguish the last faint hopes of peace that are still cherished in Ulster."
