GOVERNMENT WILL PREVENT A STRIKE.

In connection with the afternoon shift trouble, the Government lias obtained an injunction against the officials of the Stamford-Merthyr miners' lodge restraining them from instigating the employees to strike. The Government is determined that the steps taken to deal with the matter must not be flouted by the men striking.
