WOMANLY,
Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, June 22.

Women are tempted to become reasonable and consistent, but. bow_ a woman can dreßs comfortaßly and conveniently if she wishes to look 'womanly is the question.
Men's decollete shirts have been introduced in Berlin. They are a com-fortable-hot-weather garment and have an ultra-low neck and wide flapping collar. The newspapers discourage the fashion for State oecasioins, but it is becoming popular.
