HURRYING THE dreadnoughts •J'I'RKEY MEANS BUSINESS. ; By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 22, 11.50 p.m. —< Cairo, June 22. The Telegraph's correspondent at - Athens writes that Turkey is making superhuman efforts to accelerate the building of her Dreadnoughts. The Minister, of Marine is now willing to accept them without trials and without cabins, even with a gun missing. Thus the Dreadnoughts will lie ready in August, or the middle of-.lnly, when the Porto will resume its policy of rooting out the Greeks altogether, and thereupon hostilities will break out.
Reuter's Constantinople correspondent ; says the situation in Asia Minor is improving. The Porte has requested Grecco to re-open negotiations, and exchange populations.
AN ARMISTICE ASKED FOR. , Durazzo, June 21. The Government's losses in -recent fighting included four hundred killed. ■Mohammedan residents have appealed to Shiak Bey to induce the insurgents to submit. The latter have requested an armistice, which has been granted, on condition that hostages are given. It was an Austrian ship, flying the' Albanian flag, which bombarded Kavaja.

The Powers have accepted Turkey's suggestion to send representatives to Asia Minor'to investigate the situation.
