The Hindus' legal representative has decided to apply to the Courts to compel the Immigration Enquiry Board to render its decisions in each ease without withholding its decision until all the Hindus aboard have been examined. If the mandamus to this cll'ect is granted, the Hindus will apply for a habeas corpus, whereby the Hindus will lie certain to guin entrance to Canada. Feeling is inllaraed against the Hindus, who are sending letters threatening the life of Inspector Read, bead of tho Immigration Department.'
