the purchase of 3GOO acres from Mr. T. Tescbcmaker'a Otaio estate, omitting the homestead. -Nearly all is suitable for grain-growing. Mr. Ritchie made an offer for 200 acres at Washdyke for workers' homes, but it was not accepted.
