St. Petersburg, June 18. While the Czar and his family were journeying to Kishineff a pilot train exploded a bomb. The engine and carriages were derailed, and several persons injured.

The Czar and his family have arrived at Tsarskoye-Selo. Great secrecy is being observed regarding the explosion on the mail train which preceded the Royal train.

THE OUTRAGE DENIED. Received 20, 12.15 a.m. St. Petersburg, June 19. The reported attempt to derail the Czar's train is officially denied. The railway accident was caused by a defective engine.
