EMULATIONS FRAMED.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. The Defence Department lias issued instructions regarding the procedure to bo observed for the admirion of New Zealand candidates to the Royal Military College, Sandhurst. Arrangement* have Ibeen made to admit three New Zealand cadets each half year. They must be between 17 and 18y» yean; Examinations will be held half yearly, ordinarily in June and November. Nominations should reach the chief of the general staff, New Zealand, by February 1 and July 1. Successful candidates may leave open until their last term at college the question whether; if successful, fchey shall accept a commission in the Imperial Armv or return to New Zealand. *
