CHARGE ON MANSLAUGHTER
ARISING OUT OF RAILWAY COLLISION.

The sequel to a verdict at the inquest on the body of David Peter Leo Donovan. who was killed as the result of a collision between two engines in the railway goods yards, was the arrest by Detective-Sergeant Ward at Port Chalmers to-day of David Alfred Dutton, driver of the Port Chalmers engine, who now stands charged with manslaughter.
