AN IMPRESSIVE DEDICATION.

The Swiss guides were in mountain dress, bearing alpenstocks; the Koreans, in white with small black hats, knelt and rubbed their foreheads on,the ground; the Indians had turbans of gold and yellow and trailing draperies; the Kaflirs were swathed in red blankets; the Germans were plumelielmeted and the Danes in peasant costmiie. Almost every race and nation was represented.
Four thousand attended General P>ooth's dedication in the Congress Building in Aldwych.
