DEMAND THE SUFFRAGE.

The Conference of Women's Clubs at Chicago carried a resolution by a large majority, after a twenty years' battle, in favor of women's suffrage. The announcement was simultaneously made that the courts had upheld the constitutionality of women's suffrage in Illinois.
