TENDERS FOR LEASING. TWO FIRST-CLASS DAIRY FARMS. IN THE ESTATE OF W. H. BLENNERHASETT, Deceased. gEPAKATE Tenders are invited for leases or transfers of the tivo following Leasehold Properties under tile West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, viz.:— 1. Section 40, Block 1, Waimate S.D., containing IGI acres 1 rood 15 perches, or thereabouts. 2. Section 41, Block I, Waimate S.D., containing 133 acres 1 rood 9 perches, or thereabouts. In the ease of each lease tendered for, the term will commence on July 1, 1914, and the tenders are to be in the alternative, viz.— (a) For assignment for the full term of ten years commencing on the above date, in which ease the assignee will be entitled to compensation for sll improvements as provided by "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913." (b) For a sub-lease commencing on that date for the term of ten years, less the last throe days; in which case the improvements will remain the property of the estate.
