Shaw, late solicitor for the plaintiff. J. \X. Phillips claims the release of a mortgage for £3UOO to Dr. Dryden, the amount having been [ paid to Shaw, but not paid over to the defendant, who therefore refused to release. Shaw had acted for both parties. The case is not finished.
