The Duma, by lC<j votes to 89, approved the Bill granting immunity to members.
It will discuss on Friday the credit <rf twelve millions sterling for the construction of three Dreadnoughts, two cruisers, eight destroyers, and six submarines for the Black Sea, as a counter poise to Turkey's naval activity.
