Rarely a day * passes without its list of daring, and in most cases successful, raids on shops and , business premises in the main streets. ' It seems that an expert gang is at work. They obtain their booty and escape with- ] out leaving any elue. r During the holidays two safes in the s premises of Brown and Donohue, in _ Castlcrcagh street, were ransacked, and jewellery valued at £SOO stolen. The n thieves missed a further safe, containing '• l2(:i>!) worth of jewels. d * POST OFFICE BURGLARY. e n Received 9, 8.25 p.m. i- Fremantle, June 9.
