It is reported that the interrupters at-Aha Palace were tilled ladies, who had both previously lieen presented, , and whose social position entitles them to tickets for all Court functions. More drastic precautions will be taken for to-night's Court. Two women were •concerned at the Palace. The names of the disturbers at Buckingham Palace were Misses Mary and Eleanor Btomfield, daughters of the late Sir Arthur Blomfie'.d, and granddaughters of a former Bishop of London. Mary alone addressed .the King. THE QUEEN MIGHT. FORGIVE. Received 7, 5.5 p.m. London, June 6. The Express states that the Queen, • commenting on Mary Blomfield's action, *aid, "If this were the worst thing the Women had done, she might perhaps be forgiven." . THE IRRESPONSIBLE BLOMFIELD. Received 7, 5.5 p.m. t London, June 6. Three invitations to last night's Court Were cancelled. Lady Blomfield states that her daughters did not accompany her on Thursday, but arrived alter without her knowledge. Her ladyship did not see the incident, which she and the whole family deplore. Freda Mahan has been released, on account of hunger-striking. MAKING A BUSINESS OF IT. Received 7, 5.5 p.m. London, June 6. The character of the auitragette movement has completely altered. Originally volunteers did the work, but now tkey run well-paid women, who in many cases • give up other employment to join the militants because it pays better. HISTORIC CHURCH IN DERBY . BURNED. London, June 5. Suffragettes burned Breadstall Church, Derby, a Norman edifice. The priceless chained Bible was bmned, and the an•cient monuments destroyed include that in memory of Dr. Erasmus Darwin. FAMOUS CASTLE IN DANGER, Received 7, 5.5 p.m. London, June 6. A suffragette attempt to-blow up Dudliope Cistle, at Dundee, the famous Gra'lani Claverhouse's residence, failed, the iuse burning -out. ,
