Commenting on tiie French paper I'lloinine Librc's suggestion for the exchange of the New Hebrides for Mauritius, the Daily Telegraph says it woutd give France a handsome bargain. The Commonwealth would welcome British ownership of the group, but it can scarcely be expected that the Imperial Government will buy the French out at the price that Mauritius represents.
